Yikes. TL;DR: Employee talks to HR about discrimination. Google suggests (on-campus) counseling. Google has access to notes from those sessions (!!) and used them against her in court (!!!). So much for that employer-provided "perk". Story here: nytimes.com/2021/07/28/us/…Post details
PSA: Do not use EAP therapy resources.
