I wish I'd believed this sooner. I put up with things earlier in my career that I'd never tolerate now, because I felt I had no other options and I was the primary earner with dependents. It can be really hard to let go of the rope when you don't have another one in your hand.Post details
You shouldn’t have to suffer if you work in technology. There is plenty of work, and everyone needs help. There is a place for you that fits, and doesn’t believe destroying you is in its best interest.
