Really appreciated a prompt from Alicia (our EM) yesterday to regroup and change our goals rather than keep feeling like we were running behind. Setting goals can be a great tool to keep people accountable, but it’s important to adjust them if the goalposts move.

One of the (many) things I'm really proud of at @incident_io is how the team are honest when projects are off track and immediately swarm to regroup, course correct and keep momentum high. Comms clear throughout. I also *love* @linear's project tracking feature ❤️
