remember when tech dudes tried to make Google Glass a thing and everyone got in circular arguments about how pointing a head-mounted camera at people is bad, until we realized you could just call the guy wearing it "glasshole" in public and the project collapsed in like two weeks

Heh, saw a comment suggesting that the only way to deal with AI art is to make it so uncool and mockable that no one wants to use it. And honestly, I think that’s a better idea than 90% of them.
