The secret sauce few people tell you is to have a great engineering blog, you DO need tech writers who help engineers write, and (most importantly!) edit their writing. But you want someone really technical… often an ex software engineer who writes well. Tough to find/hirePost details
To be clear here, you want engineers work with tech writers and publishing specialists to write the blog. You do not want engineers writing public facing blogs unsupervised.
