I've just released v0.2.1 of my chrome extension called "Google Workspace Zoom Default," which helps people set a default zoom level for Google Docs and Sheets (maybe even some more in the future). You can find it at https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/google-workspace-zoom-def/nflkcdlimipkgbacnfnhfecjgmojhklo.
