TW: Suicide 2 nights ago I was in the worst place I’ve been mentally for years. I didn’t want to be alive anymore and I didn’t plan to act on it but I know it’s a short step from there. I sent a mayday text to 3 of my closest people and within 20 mins had someone with me.
