New job at a company where I'm customer-facing (professional services). I still don't know how much I want to cross my personal brand with the company brand, but either way I gotta start blogging and doing conference talks or I'm never going to meet my quarterly objectives. I wonder if there's a sweet spot where you can leverage the company reputation to build your personal brand as much as you're helping to build the company brand.
