I'm using Matomo (formerly Piwik) and find it's pretty great and it's good as a self hosted thing.

I generally recommended against Google Analytics

A colleague of mine runs https://squeaky.ai which I've not used but may be worth a look.

I often suggest ideas that pop into my head. Some of them are ones I would personally back, some are ones I wouldn’t back. But my favourite thing to do in meetings is suggest at least one outrageous idea. The more wild the better. Why? Because then all other ideas look more reasonable and allows people to dismiss something and make a decision.

Attached: 4 images A year ago, I was honored with a lifetime achievement award by the Webbys. I was a little too distracted to properly celebrate it at the time (Glitch was acquired about 48 hrs later) but it was a fun party and we got to dress up and hang out with new friends and old. I said at the time it was the bookend to a certain era of my life and my career, and in retrospect that’s clearly true. I’m grateful to be in the next chapter.
