This whole #Reddit debacle reminds me of when shopping malls started to really crack down on teens loitering and then less than a decade later most of them were fuckin dead.

Company where most teams are globally distributed: Everyone must come into the office now! It will make you more productive. You will spend all your time doing either: 1) Looking for a free room for a video call. 2) Being alone in a room, video chatting with people in other offices. 3) Getting kicked out of your room because other people need to be alone in the room for video calls. Aka "magical hallway conversations"
