On Mac with the app installed, the extension can be unlocked with touchid which is really nice. I'm not sure if the same type of integration is available on other platforms, though.

It's not about the engineering manager not being "technical enough". More often than not, engineering managers were outstanding performing engineers. Your product owner, manager, and tech lead all contribute to the roadmap and the success of hitting milestones.

Yeah completely agree, there is typically a gap when Eng manager is not technical enough to understand technical requirements from tech lead which makes it challenging for roadmap planning but if they are, solid duo! 🔥
