Currently trying to work out a way to reliably take down our staging environment in work to simulate an incident you would experience on production. If you end up in a team where the spec is used to generate client/server/doc I think the benefits are sky high. But usually teams end up thinking that their API is special and the generated code does not work for them and hybrid I think is a pain
