I live by my calendar: appointments, enjoyments, tasks, even rest is in there. It's a great system, it works for me, and it makes things a lot easier. However it does mean that anytime I'm screensharing and someone sees that calendar, it looks like I'm quadruple booked forever

For folks moving off Heroku: right now, the two leaders IMO are @flydotio and @render. Render is probably most "Heroku-like" in being automatic, but that means less flexibility. Fly tries to do less, so is harder to get started, but is more flexible and an amazing building block.
