I see "regulated" as an excuse for bad process entirely too often. I've worked in regulated environments. Auditors were perfectly happy with TDD tests as specs & git logs as an audit trail. You don't need bureaucratic process & artifacts & heavyweight surveillance tools like Jira

"I'm okay" means I'm tired but I can handle "I'm tired" it means "I don't have the energy to feed myself or do basic tasks" "I'm exhausted" means "I'm so tired I probably cannot speak, move or function right now" I don't think it's the same for non-AuDHDers. I might be wrong.
