How are Go developers handling errors in defer statements? I gotta feeling most people are ignoring them, because logging the error feels like noise, especially when there isn't much you can do about it.

Either: - Increment a counter we can track. - Push it to sentry. As you say, there isn't much you can do here but gaining visibility into the failures (and how often they happen) is something.
