If you were tagged in a photo posted by a page and you viewed your profile as the admin of that page, you could verify they are admin because you saw post features only available to page admins. That's how I got a bounty.

one of the funniest bugs in history: facebook used to have a feature where you could type in anyone’s name to see how your own profile looked to them, to help you set your privacy settings. but if you typed in a fb employee, you’d see unreleased features (just like they would!)Sophie Alpert (@sophiebits)Tue, 22 Mar 2022 05:30 GMT

Reminder: Zuckerberg actually formed a fake business designed to trick Hawaiians into selling their land to him by making them think they were selling it to a Hawaiian owned farm, when in reality there was no farm and they were selling the land to a fucking haole.

I am hugely Facebook critical but don't think it's appropriate to post about how everyone who works there is evil/should leave/etc. Just because you personally wouldn't take a job there everyone has their own reasons. An interesting read about how #SocialMedia isn't as good as it's meant to be for actually building up relationships, with some interesting changes that #Twitter and #Facebook could do to make a change for users' benefits
Omg...this is the choice in the lead... 😬

I loved seeing how one explained BGP as a road to a neighbourhood which just gets deleted - the neighbourhood is still there but you cannot get there. It is so simple and beautiful way to explain what is happening for people who aren't interested of "internet stuff".Em Em. 💻🎮 (@msjoku)Mon, 04 Oct 2021 21:18 +0000

People making jokes about the Facebook services going down make me sick. Anyone who was using an Oculus headset at the time is currently trapped in VR, and if they die there then they die in real life.
