Interesting! Just noticed that Hetzner Cloud is offering Arm64 VPS (Ampere). Was looking for a VPS hoster that offers arm64 and it's the first one I could find (in EU). Costs ~30% less compared to x86. https://www.hetzner.com/news/arm64-cloud

When your cloud provider sends you email raising the price for your instances by 40% because of IPv4 runout and its increased market price... ...and does not use the opportunity to offer IPv6-only instances for those who don't need V4 any more.
