Fun fact: Involuntary treatment for mental health patients (including forcible medication and coerced hospitalisation) is legal across the US and states are working to make it easier all the time! You may have heard examples pitched as ‘helping the mentally ill.'

I am having a bad mental health day. I want to keep myself busy with work, but I've cancelled all my meetings and set my slack status to "No meetings" because I can't face them. I am so grateful that talking about mental health is normalised and encouraged at my workplace.
